easy, I said a price target not a takeout price. IMHO I think you need to slap a 30 percent premium to the 1.02 and watch me tender. As much as 3 bucks sounds like a thin twenty two year old asking me out it probably has the same odds of happening. 

Hoping the RE is five million but I hate disappointment so 4.5 is good news release for me and watch the ask get chewed up.

September 20 would be a good date to let it out, just don't give it on a Friday night, please
