Tony and others,,, If TGZ could pull it off soemhow... not sure where they get the Cash for Bendion/Badr.... but lets say Chet negotiates for a higher sp in lieu of Cash. Maybe a 1 fo 1 swap. Do we think TGZ's share holders would go for another Ole 350 mil shares added tyo theyr apprx 450 mil TGZ shares... total of 800 mil shares. Maybe im wrong on tgz sahre toatl,,,, but close.... and wonder if TGZ share holders would go for it... and remember that Mr Lennox King is on the Tgz BOD, hes the one that threw Chet and Sibthorpe off the Roxgold board. Gotta be bad blood. Sibthorpe actually got canned as CEO,,,, and they demoted him to a VP post in Timbucktoo. So i bet those negotiations are a bit dicey.
