Why I think an offer will come before next pp (private placement). I and grumpy partners largest position last fall was GBK and a lid was put on the stock. For about 3 months, low volumes days, high volume days same someone would sell just enough stock to put a lid on share price.

Then one morning we are halted for a 70% premium buyout. For the last month stonecap does sell just enough for even on low volume day. PG thinks it is just that they have a bad trader, I disagree, much easier for someone to get us to tender at lower price offer is what I think.

It's five o'clock somewhere

PS. Keep the guesses coming in case I'm wrong and I stop taking bids next Friday at midnight by the pool or at announcement of pp, which ever comes first.
