In case you guys haven't noticed we are only.... a small sample of representation of ownership of this property. Combined all of us posters probably own maybe 2% of the 43% that is pubic of the venture. There are investors and instituions here that want their money now. Bendon and Badr want to see a return on their investment after 7 years. They will not allow this dilution including the issuance of more shares and stock options along with high management salaries to continue.
Chet will probably be the first one to admit that he could not have found all of this gold and built this venture by himself. I am sure he will have a say when it comes down to the deal getting done but I can guarantee you that he will not be the only one with decisive power. There are several parties involved here that have tens of millions of dollars on the line (much more with Bendon) and they want a resolution and a fair buyout price as much as we do. There are too many partners with different interests and view points for this to continue much further. Again JMHO.
