Thanks for your resonse hoosier.  As I mentioned earlier today, in the Sedar report dated Oct 15th OLE mentioned a potential sale of their stake of the joint venture.  As you said they are the operators of the property so one would figure if a portion were to be sold first it would be OLE as they are the controlling entity.  This would also IMHO make a deal with TGZ way easier to accomplish as it would require much less stock and or cash to get done.
