Who really cares about this "fiscal cliff".  First of all there will be an agreement between now and the first week of Jan at the latest.  It always comes down to the last minute and then they eventually reach a resolution.  Second of all the real problem we face here in the US is the $16 trillion debt that we have and all of the money printing that has been going on and will continue to go on for the forseeable future.  This "fiscal cliff" hype is miniscule compared to the global economic crisis and the debt that the entire world has incurred.

When this so called "fiscal cliff" garbage is taken care of equities will rally and gold will fall.  After everyone realizes that nothing has really changed as far as all of the economic problems we have then equities will fall and gold will rise.  Gold should have a nice rally once this scenario takes form early next year.
