Isn't it just easier to take the b/o price and multiply it by OLE's %... then divide that by the actual number of shares OLE has? to get the $/share? Hell-of a lot simpler... and more accurate.
Re the agreement... if it has been altered and not reported, then OLE is a material breach of their fiduciary responsibilities to their shareholders & will open themselves up to fines from the TSX and also to potential lawsuits... so I doubt that it has been altered. If any verbal agreement has been made, the same applies. So far, it has only been unsubstantiated.rumors.;... Per OLE's last FS:
SHL and Bendon were required to fund and have been funding further exploration and related costs of the OJVG Project equally
SHL, Sabodola Holding Company, remember is 100% OLE owned. Per their own FS, "...and have been funding...equally"
If you can't beileve what the put in writing in their own FS, then this company is a complete scam...
