I just used his article to show you dreamers how bad the juniour market is again. Remember it is what the market is willing to give you at a particular time not what a seller wants. Unfortunately when you are on borrowed money and a dormant property you cannot afford to wait another year or so to see if things pick up. You are in for a rude awakening pal.
