TGZ has just confirme they are desperate to get OLE also because in their initial release they stated their offer was tentative upon no lawsuits being filed. Well guess what they still came with the offer even though Bendon has filed the suit. This really plays in our favour and hopefully chet can negotiate a much higher price.
