$4.20/Share....caliche check my numbers please, but if I understand this arrangement Santa Rosa is worth about $4.20/share (discounted at 8%) to OLE.
Numbers I used are,
- Undisounted NPV: $716 million
- (discounted NPV at 8%): $351 million
- OLE's share of Santa Rosa: 41.6% (after taking out Surge's and Ottoman's share)
- OLE S/O: 35 million
- Estimated Life of Project: 20 years
Thus, OLE's share of this project is worth $4.20 share fully discounted.
