Top seems to have a more ......

positive view of the situation.  Top we have been exchanging posts back and forth for probably two years now mostly on how frustratiing it has been holding OLE and how inept manangement has been in general.  You even compared OLE to the next Bre-X back on Feb 13th.  You have always expressed doubt (as I have mostly based on our mutual frustration) on any buyout or merger of OLE.  Going back and reading your last post leads me to believe that you think something will happen in the near future.  You stated that "barring a few crazy, unthinkable events , this will happen."  Coming from you I consider this relevant because first of all I value your input and second of all you have rarely ever spoken so difinitively about this stock.

One of your last posts teased Run about being transparent and unloading his shares.  We all know that Run has always been positive on OLE since he started posting.  After that exchange (maybe I am wrong) you seemed to have changed your tone on OLE.  Again, that "barring something unthinkable" quote really caught my attention.  Can you elaborate on that?  I will respectfully understand if you cannot and still value all of your posts.

Hi Tony, thanks for your kind words, I respect you to. I will address your few questions: -Run simply showed me he was buying and not selling.... -"the unthinkable"  could always be something crazy like Sall nationalizing all resources.... -i keep remembering we are a pile of gold surrounding a gold mine, gotta be worth something to someone sometime. -I also keep going back to Chet, ...more

Top:   I am not sure if you know it or not, but I have owned OLE far too long and the person that got me into this stock made lots of false promises. Regardless, I am here and I am stuck. About 3 years ago I asked Dave Scott to set up a trade for 500K shares at $2.20, but he flat out told me I was "leaving a lot of money on the table". It is probably the one time DS took my call and ...more

Sorry about the 2.20 per share.  I'm in for about 1.50 per share.  Nothing cloes to 500K shares....  I have been in about 7 years???  I would jusy be glad to break even at this point

Goldn..... OUCH ...its a familiar story here, but it still hurts to hear it again . Too bad for all of us here for 5+ yrs. I been here in Ole for 6.3 yrs  now. Announcement Day will be BIG for me... The stress and waiting  is beyond belief... Many of us have just had too much $$ in to Bail. I personally should never have gotten in, and my Averaging Down still hasnt helped. By ...more

Yes, it's a familiar story here also. Been around for at least 5 years.
