This Stock Fascinates me

the profound moves on such low volume.....very strange. a friend of mine is down half on this puppy. kinda makes me wonder if there is an opportunity here...where is ol Chet boy these days? What's going on? Any deals going down? This junior market is crazy.

ole is a lot of things, I guess you could add "fascinating" to the mix. Your friend is "down half"? ask him why he is not selling. because of the ownership structure and the "tightly held shares", todays, and tomorrow's price means nothing.  If Chet can get a deal done, this could be close to $2 by mid September, if he does not 40 cents is probably coming ...more

in my experience (and this may not be the same as others)...BUT! when down half it is not usually smart to sell. I have watched friends sell stock when down half..only to watch those same stocks rise back to equal before going higher usually. the market is a cruel place..but generally those with patience (and money to spare) will win out in the end. i have been watching a few of my dads stocks ...more

Volume traded was low but bids were high in number of shares. There was practically no shares available under 60 cents. A volume of 200,000 shares would probably have pushed the share price to 65ish cents. There was about 100k shares on the bid above closing price at closing time.

Cap:   Since last Thursday I have had a significant amount of shares on the bid. On Friday, I had 50K at .50 and could get a share. Had between 40-50K on the bid today at .53 and still couldn't buy. Everything I raised my bid, the marketmakers would raise it higher...   G1

Goldn1, there has not been much stock for sale under $.50 even when we were at 52 week lows.  The market maker either does not have much stock or is not willing to part with it down here.  As far as sellers there are apparently not many down here either. Any buying here should push us a bit higher even without news.

Did you get any?

goldn1... you're so open with strategy! Thank you for that. But why not tell us what you're going to do AHEAD of time, rather than only after bids are placed?   Let me guess. Because you're a loser who likes to PRETEND he's placing the big bids, right? Please confirm you enjoy living in make-believe worlds. Do you like to "play house" with dolls too?

rap:   You always have some great insight to share. The intent of the post was to show how hard it is to buy shares. BTW, if you think a $25K purchase is a "big bid" and I am trying to seek some sort of credibility of this board, then you have the wrong guy. Not sure why your posts are always so hostile or why you even post to this board as you never contribute anything ...more

I have been in this stock a long time also but why would you guys want a sale now.No one is getting taken out at a premium this year.I have a lot of shares of LMA and feel ripped off with their take out price. I hope Chet waits until gold breaks through $2000 before he does anything.Another year is nothing after waiting this long.To all of you complaining this is (pardon the pun) a golden ...more
