Wouldn't this be considered material news, and deem a news release to shareholders? It's illegal to withhold information to this nature. Chet is def open to negotiations, but nothing is pending or we would see it through brokerage houses buying and massive increases in volume.

I don't think that Chet is required to give a play-by-play of any negotiations. PG seems to think negotiations are ongoing, and  I don't think he would extend himself the way he did if he had reason to beleive that OLE was dead in the water as far as a buyout is concerned. Best Roro

Roro, agreed.... And gotta think the cash situation is on their mind. Sept 1, they have approx $800 thou, and  $650- thou when the UD is out apprx 9/14..... and only $500 thou  10/1..... and out of $$ apprx  Thanks giving US......hoping chet is timing the b/o w/ his cash.... and usually takes abt 2 months to close these deals.
