IMO... One day...Chet bumped into Bob, and said, "Hey, Bob, why don't you take a look at Oromin?  We have great resources." and Bob said, "Okay.  I'll do that.".. then they each walked their separate ways

We must remember that OLE is the one who wants to sell.  Others can sit back and wait and see the feas study and beyond.  There are interested parties but as always it is a matter of price.  They can afford to wait but OLE cannot wait much longer.  They will come to an agreement soon after the study.  Why?
