Latest Mackie update on Oromin

From the update:

"We remind readers that a portion of the pit design (containing waste material) that constrains the 1.2mm ounce Masato reserve infringes on the adjacent property held by Teranga Gold. In order for the reserve to be mined in its entirety, an agreement with Terranga would have to be signed to accommodate the upper benches of an open pit that would cross over to the adjacent property."

From an email I just received from a broker:  "As per the recently released Oromin feasibility study this agreement with Teranga is already in place."

  Maya:   That is interesting that OLE and TGZ have an Agreenent in place for the mining of Masato. Is it possible that you email the Broker and ask if there is a way to verify the Agreement? Would this be considered a material fact that should be disclosed by OLE or TGZ. I feel we are close to the end of the road here, I don't think we are going to get close to the numbers I ...more
