Merger?

I don't know why everyone is only talking about a buyout.  I think the ideal situation here would be a merger.  New company/new name one property

It would be a merger but OLE will want much more than $.70 per share and with the total decimation going on in the junior market it will be tough to get it done right now. I do not think TGZ's board would approve any stock deal with their stock at $1.40 or 52 week lows.

unfortuneately probably doesnt have anything to do w/ Ole....  sorry to say. Gonna be a Corporate style boring call putting spin on the entire situation. Saying all will be fine , that all Jr's are being hit,,, and TG is still making money... end of story !  ...
