What would happen to my shares if I don't tender?

Advice please,

I'm in the US and unable to tender before shut off date. What will happen to my shares in Oromin, will they transfer automatically? Thank you,

Im in the same boat Beame10.  I was told that it may take a bit longer but we will get our due shares in TGZ.  We do not have to do anything.  For example, if you where not in favor and did not tender if and when the deal goes through you will get TGZ shares at the agreed upon price regardless.  I own OLE Canada through Etrade but I guess if you own OLEPF you will get TGZ ...more

Thanks for the info tony1969, I was getting a bit worried. So I guess it just switches share symbol and .60 of the stock. Cheers.
