I already apologized for using the word "announced" and I corrected my statement by saying "he let everyone know."
But I see now that this statement might also be misinterpreted and I have already attempted to clarify my postion in my most recent post.
The following is a fact and is in no way at all libelous. It also represents the full accounting and final position on my views of this event.
1. At this time it is unknown whether MC exercised or let the options expire.
2. MC may be deliquent in his reporting this matter to SEDI, or it may be due to an exceptionally long blackout period by the company.
3. If we discover that MC let his options expire then it is reasonable to infer that he believed ONC was worth less than $1.45 (the exercise price) on or about December 13, 2024.
