As far as I'm concerned they realize they can no longer wait 4 years to get something wrong and start again, those days are gone. They've been building everything to this end. De-risking without putting all eggs in one basket and risking losing everything.
Closer to patent expiry the cheaper we become, next 12 months is everything. Deal must be done soon and this massive endorsement by a massive cancer charity, the 2nd massive charity, puts us right where we need to be.
