The outcomes , Onc future? partership ( only) , is a fluid concept. Many buyouts, began with a partership, or % ownership etc. regardless of who is on what board, the decisions will be based on business opportunities for the aquiring company. I know from history, management indicated a buyout would be minimum a $billion. That was a long time ago. Taking a very wide lense view of the situation..... ...more
