I believe that there is no better time to launch a takeover for Orea by Nord. Seeing as though this may not even go to court but on the other hand if they do Nord is in great financial condition to weight it out . Like to hear others input .

Rockit, I don't think Nordgold will launch a take over until the final appeal is cleared by The French Government. Nordgold is apparently having trouble with one of their mines in Burkino Faso, there is a civil war going on but I haven't been following it. I think they want to expand there footprint as soon as possible, and that means launching a bid shortly after the final appeal is over
