I give OREA my 55% of Montagne d' Or for contingent $100 mill.

I, my wife and my two boys can buy 9.99% each of OREA with a current market cap of $20 mill. Each of us are of legal age and do not bind the others.

My 55% gets $100 mill in the future and my family buys 49% for $10 mill now (maybe $15 mill, so what)  and do not have to fund 100% of the costs to permit.

Sanctions, no problem and Robert Giustra says do what you want. Mordashov still has a Director on Board.

Folks, sell if you want the owner of NORD says I or my family will buy.

Hello PT, I guess I am the one being referred to as ‘long winded’. Ok, some may agree with you. However, I haven’t heard the word ‘shystered’ for a while, so I decided to look it up. From Merriam Webster I found the following – “ A person who is professionally unscrupulous especially in the practice of law or politics”. You will have to take my word for it, I am neither a professional
