From past postings, I can see many refer to a backdoor. My assumption on that is that its really a reference to a black hole ie value is getting sucked out of the company according to the views of many. Is the thought that it is the result of bad decisions? Lack of expertise? bad luck? somthing more nefarious???
I, for one, certainly am not in a position to tell. I dont have the information. And I think, imho, that is one of the major issues ie lack of information!!!!!!!!! Lack of disclosure!!! Lack of any interest in providing non controllin shareholders with information. all imho
As for in house counsel???? I suggest they focus on providing proper disclosure and not focussing on imaginary sticks and stones......not that I know they are, but you suggest they might be.
Im not the one scaring shareholders out of their shares. Drop in production of 60% over 5 years, 6 or 7 year delay on OSP, 50% increase in AISC, and disclosure that leaves many scratching their heads, has done that all on their own. ORV down 90% in 10 years and about 65% in 2 years. all the while gold has almost doubled since one became CEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
