FIL investments out of UK reported on 2/29/2024 that they sold ~2M shares that reporting period. They still hold ~6.6M.....

Institutions plus insiders own ~40%....

Yes there was dumping....and when funds with large amounts want out in a down markt it can create kaos....but kaos can create cash....seen it many times on the jobsite....gl
