Things to Ponder

Things to PonderMeguma bought 13.1 million shares last August @.05 along with 13.1 million warrants good for 24 months@.075. This gave them a 19% stake in company.
Between Jan 30 and Feb 24 they sold 6.677 million shares at a average of about .07.
They now have just under 10% so they no longer have to report transactions.
They have all those warrants that are good above .075 till next Aug.
I can not find anything about buying back 2.5 million shares Mar 11. If they did it was probably for .03.
St.Barbara is doing fine at the Atlantic Gold site producing about 100,000 0z/year at way under 1000cdn$/ounce. 12 year mine life left.
With fuel dropping in price and CDN$ dollar down and Gold up getting even better,
I would rather mine in Nova Scotia than almost any other Gold location.

Why folks would sell shares at 2.5c is hard to understand.
Not in a hurry to sell my shares.
Any other thoughts out there??
