Reason for HALT

It appears to be the selling of 6.5 million or half of Megumas Osprey shares last month. I think it is just being looked at. To me it looks like regular profit taking. Up 50% in 7 months and they still have warrants. Reasonable sell at a chaotic time in my mind. Guess we will wait and see.

Wouldn't a company normally and logically have the information ready for broadcast for a news release PRIOR to requesting a halt?

maybe they are still having missing data before release and don't want ppl who know stuff to buy action at this low price. I really don't know cause I am pretty new in this investing world

But still, it comes down to communication and for the many years of investing in junior mining companies (over which time you'd think I'd have learned) that has been something that is consistently ignored by companies (actually not just mining - most public companies).
