Ratio os OS:NSAU is now 3:1
since OS is at 6 cents and Meguma is at 18 cents. So buying Osprey shares now gives you a high possibility for a quick move up when the transaction is closed (If and only if this 3:1 ratio holds)
Next step would be Osprey shareholder meeting to approve this merger, and I guess the Meguma price needs to be kept high to insure they get an OK.
