OTRK had 13% spike today? It had fallen from 70's to 50's, as it continues ti have large short volumes & short interest above 30% and huge price swings. Perhaps now it has bottimed again & in the beginning of another runup of 15-20 pts from the low of this wk, which would take it to 70-75. Love the radical swings in this play for swingtrading.
