And I don't think its going to be 25 % of producer price ( about $ 2.00 per tcf ) these days . I've mentioned the windfall taxes , increased royalty rate and fracking review many times . I hope that Harper is being honest with the Japanese and Chinese about his inability to control what the province will do . I don't know if you've been paying attention to the new federal NDP leader . For an energy investor he's a scary guy and its very likely the new provincial NDP government is filled with people of like minds . They may get elected but thats something we'll have to wait to find out . And Apache , EOG and Encana should too .
