Last month he NDP handily won two by elections that had never had NDP MLAs before. The NDP energy policy is to raise royalties , implement windfall taxes , and review fracking ( which probably means a moratorium ) . No company should put a dime into BC until they are certain what the NDP will do when they are elected . Its almost certain with Christy Clark leading the liberals .
