Chevron is coming for us
Now we are in play..
look at the volume
on the Canadian and American side just insane!
closed again at the high of the day on strong strong volume
here are the facts:
-Trudeau did us investprs a favour, our backs were against the wall so they pulled the plug and are moving to the states
-I don't care that this was a once great Canadian company, I care about making money and this move will do that either way
- the way I see it is that chevron will come knocking in the next month or so
They know they could never get us for cheap now that we are leaving Canada so they will make a sweet offer for us now rather than have us achieve a fair valuation next year
- this is what I think is happening with this crazy volume is that people e accumulated based on my theory..
chevron makes us an offer of 9$ American ,.... not good not great but definitely shareholders would consider that at this point
my thoughts are that it's rejected but I see this happening based on the volume
theres no reason for us to be up . When oils been up we have been down for months so I don't buy the sentiment that it's market related
i think people have realistically seen that this was a great move by EncAna and fair value will be seen before any rollback
but I doubt we get to 2020 ive said it before

regardless "theres no reason for us to be up" Sure there is. Investors were waiting to see how the NFX assets would work out. The latest earnings confirmed that Encana's scoop/stack play is good.
