New executive was hired and granted 1,500,000 stock options, 1% of the float. Only news I could find but I doubt that's enough to warrant selling 13 million shares. Nothing on the OWCP website that I could find.

Thanks B8lair8! I'm gonna look more into this and see what more I can take away from it. I was hoping that the newly amended regulations allowing medical cannabis exports out of Israel will be a catalyst for this stock.
