Both Marinna and PRIMO are scam. They suppose to launch IPO on July 31 and now we end of Sept but no IPO for Marinna.

This is the response I got from BCSC. Hello.   Thank you for contacting the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) regarding Primo Nutraceuticals Inc.
