and we are down .................. this is a great head fake that is going down folks. You just might think PDL is losing money at this price point .........................right.
Some consolidation is good for the soul but you have to chuckle to yourself when it happens.
Stay the course with this sleeper and buying on this dip is also good for the soul.

Looking at the trading stats, 2 big sellers, ANONYMOUS and Goldman ANONYMOUS is quite often used by shortsellers, some of those funds who dont want their clients to know they are selling their holdings short

You may be right but I can think of a lot of safer stocks to short than this high EPS, low P/E stock. The Q3 results are just boiling at this Pd price and Q4 at this Pd price will be white lightning. Now would you really want to touch and bet that good old PDL is going down. I would not even consider this stock as a short position. I'm a buyer and not a seller at this ultra low share price

Foolish to think there arent shortsellers out there. The statistics tell a different story. April 15th there were 325K short and that was after the stock had fallen wayyyy down from the highs reached in february..... we nnow have the biggest short position since the end of april.... They always believe there will be pullbacks and the bigboys bet on it... Short Positions for PDL

Yes they are always snooping around but let's try to light a fire under them. You can not get around them as they will sometimes make the most crazy of bets. It's all part of the game, KL had many shorters all the while the stock kept rising.
