Brookfield is complete idiot for giving away a cash cow for so cheap with zero premium. what insane idiot sells in a bull market for zero premium???

there is still a chance somebody else makes a better offer. others would be dumb not to make a better offer. one of the car manufacturers should buy it if they had any sense.

An under the table deal was expected from the corrupt brookfield.  I dont think shareholds have an say in this deal.

WTF!!!! Don’t minority shareowners have any rights in this country?  Why would Brookfield make this deal?
