Either someone leaked that there was a competing offer, OR shortsellers had to cover ahead of the closing of the buyout..... That's a little more than shorts covering. I think PDL is now in play. That is quite the jump today when you look at the offer price of $19.74. In my opinion there had been some very odd trading over the last week or so and it just looked like someone knew something and then today............BINGO, the volume spikes and off we sail up??? If this holds up tomorrow then we have a second offer in

Wonder if stock drops back tomorrow or  authorities halt to see wtf is up. Must be some sort of leak.... maybe not just someone playing with the stick price which makes no sense since it was on pretty good volume. I don’t see big money managers throwing away money for no reason to run the price.   Curious us to see what happens tomorrow in regards to trading or news. Looks pretty
