Hoping for a buy-out...
Hoping for a buy-out...Brookfield has signalled their intent to divest their interest in PDL depending on market conditions and so there are 2 possibilities:
1. prospectus to shed another 5-10M shares which may be set to a value less than market or
2. Buy-out at a premium (30%?) to market price.
Hoping for #2... GLTA
