Trading has been very thin, sure looks inviting slowly creeping up, this could mean, its under accumulation for a possible big rally.
The Law of Potentiality is there for PANRF to move up to $4 / $5 dollars as the Net Asset Value increases.
It's all about Fundamentals, some analysts are saying that PANRF is selling @ a big discount to its net assets.
