Taranis Resources

As a former stockholder, I thought that you should be following progress in the Taranis case filed against the  province of British Columbia for foot dragging on approval of mining permits due to opposition to the project by the local Indian band. The lawsuit was only filed last month so lots of time till case is heard.
The court's decision should give clarity to how the provincial government should treat permit applicants.
From a newspaper article, the Indian band feel they have been consulted and they have determined that the project should not advance, and the provincial government feels that the rightful owners of the land is the Indian band. Taranis feels they have expended considerable sums in the exploration of the property in good faith and wish to advance the project, that the Indians band was consulted and that the Supreme Court has ruled that Indian bands do not have a veto over mining permit applications.
