Sulfuric Acid

Sulfuric AcidI have a couple of questions that maybe some of you would be able to shed some light on:

Wasn't PhosCan planning to buy sulfuric acid from the Xstrata Met site (Kidd Creek) until they were going to produce their own?

What kind of impact if any will the permanent shutdown of that site have on costs or access to a cheap supply?

They are moving production to Rouyn-Noranda - will excess sulfuric acid be available from there?

Thanks for any feedback.
