RE:Why are we paying $7.40???i started buyng after deal was announced. i like the deal. and I believe so do the insiders. if you tak a long term perspective it's a good deal. maybe a great one. also it's the best one they could get. if they didn't have the deal in place the stock could be far lower. I don't know if you've done any research on the people involved with petrus .might be worth your time. if you don'tlike it you can sell your shares when they come out. they might be worth $8. might not.
