Two more weeks till AGM.Still waiting for my proxy to vote.Last year was here long time ago.Appears to be slow making it to my door.Disapointed one year later Nada nothing zippo...Even the share buyback has gone dormant. Still supportive but disappointed bigtime in Case;s ability to make a deal.Obviously if you cant make one in these tough markets you never will.

Got it all today....Will vote on Monday.By the looks of SL CASE will not receive my vote this year.Disapointed at lack of nothing.Give him his 3-4 million golden parachute break the company up to shareholders in a cash dividend with Martison in spinco with a cxouple million.....

I think they should dream up more shennanigans, maybe a 1:30 rollback, then award the insiders with a huge stock bonus, unrestricted, lol, you know, for something totally unnecessary, totally pointless, and a wipeout for shareholders, then start over with some more bogus and dormant projects that pump the stock up a couple percentage points, and just enough to pretend this is a legitimate
