I cannot speak for elgin1 (which was a good post), but what you often see with an HDI affilated company is a bought agreement by insiders at a really favorable SP for them when money is needed. Remember that CUV has to fund Phase I and do it pretty soon. They did this (bought deal by insiders) with HTR.V (Heatherdale) recently. This helps them average down because they usually hold a lot of the initial shares at a higher price. Hence (I assume) elgin1's caution to retail investors because it will certainly not be at a premium to current SP. I want to buy more but am waiting to see the amount and nature of the funding. There could be an offtake agreement also, or perhaps a JV? I like the project even without Florence property but am not hurrying in to buy more. We shall see
