Casa Grand is a better location. There is no economy there. There will be no housing in Florence until the housing market recovers. Areas around Phoenix and Scottsdale will grow not Florence which is in the middle of nowhere and is run by a crooked mayor who wants his buddy Johnson to make hundreds of millions of dollars by buying his water utility company.  SWVP have done this before the are a real edr are hedge fund that squeezes leverage out of their property. The state is not going to lose millions of dollars in revenue from the state sid portion of the copper project.  EPA permit go ahead with state portion what is Swvp going to do? Nothing.
