My main concern is dilution and whether the current minority shareholders will get screwed. They need to just get enough money to keep the lights on and no more to wait the storm out. The idea of a much smaller capex and using the small mill sounds interesting for 225 tpd. 225 x 5 grams = 36 ounces of gold per day. Thats around 12K+ ounces per year.  if they can make 200 per ounce in profit ...more

If you look at the latest financials on sedar, PKL has just a few more months of money untill the lights go out.   They need at least 30 million to start this mine -- I have written this off but will hang on with teh slim hope of a private equity partner to come in and maybe help it along.
