take over offer say when ff is at 35 cents pkl should be at 9 cents now ff is at 36 cents but pkl is at 6 cents why please explain if I am wrong. thanks.

Yeah and FF currently at .38, makes the takeover offer close to .10. not sure why its trading under .07 still. should move up shortly
