The problem with trading this stock is being out the day the takeover offer comes in , PPY is perfectly fine at $4.00 btu for many years to come , I think they have used $3.90 as the model price and have 25% hedged at $4.30 ( I think ) ....last winter was a fluke , the continual industrial shift to gas will gradually increase and LNG will be a reality someday ... As for short term bottom ? 10-12 on continued gas weakness ? ( but don't rule out a takeover bid at $20 either !
