Quite stupid to assume you are the only one to think BC will delay things.....

Everyone with half  a brain understands that th eBC govt can delay or mess things up ; so a baked in share premium , I dont think so........

maybe its the 15,000 BOE/ d   growing to 45,000 BOE/d in 2 years or the fact that we trade at 0.79x NAV  which FINALLY is now even with some of the other gassy names ......

however with such phenomenal growth and the alta gas deal in place...very easy to argue 0.79 far too low.....

wonder where this thing trades at 45,000 BOE /day with gas at $4.50 in two years ??  $25-$35 dollars??.....  quite an extrodinary return in two years IMO
