$7.85 to $8.85 PPY trading range

$7.85 to $8.85 PPY trading range Anyone not interested in TA or hearing my speculation - please also feel free to put me on ignore like Rigdham has ;-)

PPY has been forming a base since late July as it consolidates in this considerable $8.00 resistance area I've mentioned several times previously.

Most short term indicators are ok, with Stochastic currently in bottom of channel and turning up.

How long it will need to consolidate before breaking above current resistance with conviction is anyones guess, but the longer term positive expectations are clearly showing in this stock chart  - patience and some time may still be needed for further this consolidation before any more up moves will be able to lift it higher.

Like others have already mentioned, mid term upside may not be that much from these levels and that is likely the reason PPY has profit takers and is still treading water.

Markets however, are not looking very positive and are full of very nervous participants as we approach this crazy Fall US election, traditional October weakness and Dec tax loss selling.
I am holding mostly cash and watching for bargains.

Any serious pull backs in markets later this Fall will likely be a good buying opp as the market seems the only place to go for returns these days.

Good luck this week - it should be interesting.
