make your vote count

make your vote countWe can discuss this infinitely at the end the vote will count.  Obviously, of the older shareholders some like the deal and some don't.  The post announcement new shareholders of which good percentage are bag holders (adding to existing position) some new positions initiated and underwritters stuck with shares there trying to unload at a profit.  The acquired company/companies will not be issued any shares till the deal is approved by US.  We have 2 months to look at the deal and see if it makes any cents for US.  From what i've gathered in the last few days many don't like this deal by the way it was done and what we will end up with.  On the first, i've been more than clear that i'm very upset.  On the second item I don't see how ppy buying more in ground assets when they have more than enough to exploit makes any cents.  With the $100 million they can pay down some debt and keep some on the side when the gaz market firms up (since as they stipulated the gaz market is soft so we are reducing our Capex for 2017).
